Luma Systemica are governed by College Leaders, who act almost as principles for the Luma’s many schools of thought.

Typically this means sorting through the many findings, theories and dissertations and presenting the most promising of them to the Central Conservatorium.

With Omega gone, these Leaders find themselves with an unprecedented level of influence within the Faction, while the Factions itself finds its influence waning slightly throughout a Cypherverse that is exploring new freedoms.
